J3S-X Free Float Steam Trap is a high-performance valve designed for small process equipment. Built with stainless steel for tight sealing and reliable performance, it integrates a thermostatic air vent (X-element) and three-point seat seal structure. The trap automatically adjusts to process load changes, providing continuous, smooth, low-velocity condensate discharge while maintaining perfect seal even under no-load conditions, effectively preventing steam leakage.

Capacity Information
- Capacity Definition: Continuous condensate discharge rate (kg/h) at 6℃ below saturated steam temperature.
- Differential Pressure: Pressure difference between trap inlet and outlet. Do not exceed max differential pressure to avoid condensate backup.
- Recommended Safety Factor: Not less than 1.5.
- Curve numbers correspond to orifice numbers for capacity reference.
