BURKERT 23541 (Type 0331) is a direct-acting, media-separated pivoted armature valve designed for controlling, shutting off, and dosing neutral and aggressive media. Available in 2/2 and 3/2-way variants, this specific model is a 3/2-way normally closed valve (Circuit Function C) featuring a Bürkert-specific flange connection (SFB). The solenoid actuator and the medium chamber are separated by a diaphragm system, making it highly suitable for critical media such as aggressive acids and lyes.

The solenoid coils are moulded with a chemically resistant epoxy. The Type 0331 series is equipped with a service-friendly, robust manual override for start-up and testing.

For safe operation of the solenoid valve, a dirt trap (≤ 500 µm) must be installed before the valve inlet.
